    Eric is the President of EDS Investment Properties, Inc. and has over 25 years of industry experience. Prior to EDS, Eric was one of SE Michigan’s premier investment sales brokers. Eric’s experience with the top brokers and owners in the market provides unparalleled deal flow and “under the radar” opportunities. At the same time, EDS has the hands-on expertise to add value and reposition otherwise under-performing assets. Eric is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English.

    CONTROLLER

    Diane has her Masters degree in Professional Accountancy from Walsh College. She is responsible for all of the EDS Investments Properties financial operations. Diane is a detail-oriented, focused accounting professional with over 25 years of diverse experience in the accounting field. She is a consistent performer with outstanding research and analytical skills and has a record of success in process improvement.

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Deanne is a seasoned administrative professional with a very impressive background. Throughout her 30 plus years in various administrative roles and functions, she has honed her skills in executive support, finely tuning her abilities to anticipate needs and streamline operations. Her commitment to excellence and resourcefulness is key to her success at EDS. Deanne studied psychology at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
